Shipping Policy

We offer ground shipping to any location in the United States and overseas. Parcels are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).  Item (s) will be shipped within 4 to 7 business days after receipt and approval of payment.  For Fed-Ex express, please contact the store.

Shipping is calculated based on a per item flat rate.  All International orders will incur an additional $7.00 processing fee upon checkout.  If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

Tracking Your Packages

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package online with USPS.  Package tracking: www.framed.usps.com/cttgate/welcome.htm

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our returns policy below should you need to return an item.

Return Policy

We'll refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged once the item or items are received back to our store. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. To receive a refund, the original packing invoice should accompany your return.

Please follow the steps below to complete your return:
 

	Please include the original packing slip or invoice.
	Please circle the item you wish to return.
	Provide a telephone number in case we have questions.
	Pack your return securely.
